Employment Notice for Recruitment of Constable / Lady Constable in Kolkata Police invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Constable/Lady Constable in Kolkata Police in the prescribed format.
Vacancy Details:
(a) For the post of Constable : 2500
(b) For the post of Lady Constable : 50
Age ( For all posts) :‐ Age shall not be less than 18 Yrs and more than 27 Yrs as on 01.01.2012.
Minimum Educational Qualification: The applicant must have passed Madhyamik Examination under W.B.B.S.E or equivalent.
For the post of Constable :
(1) Minimum Height – 167 cms.
(2) Minimum Chest – 78 cms. with minimum expansion of 5 cms. by inhalation.
For the post of Lady Constable:
(1) Minimum Height – 160 cms.
Qualifying Standard:‐
(a) For the post of Constable:‐ 1600 mts. Run to be completed within 06 minutes and 30
seconds
(b) For the post of Lady Constable:‐ 400 mts. Run to be completed within 02 minutes.
Non refundable Examination fee of Rs 150 /‐ shall have to be paid through Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of “Kolkata Police Recruitment Board” payable in Kolkata.
